DÚPLEX DON ROQUE 13

A few meters from the Plaza del RiSueño, the Church of La Caridad and the Plaza de San Francisco, is the site of the new construction of two independent duplexes right in the middle Historic Center of Cartagena.

Don Roque 13 combines the advantages and comforts of a completely independent home right in the center, a unique and exclusive housing concept in the historic center of Cartagena. On Don Roque Street, the building combines a restored modernist façade from the beginning of the 20th century with modern architecture in the interiors.

The façade corresponds to a building attributed to a late work by the modernist architect Tomás Rico, author of projects such as the Gran Hotel, the Old Town Hall of Cartagena, the Pascual de Riquelme building or the Graduate Schools on Gisbert Street.
